  • Appointment =Arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place.
  • Returning = Come or go back to a place or person.
  • Referred=Mention or allude.
  • Health benefits=Health insurance is insurance against the risk of incurring medical expenses among individuals. 
  • Medical Group=Plans are a form of insurance offered through some health insurance plans. 
  • Self-refer=Means that patients are able to refer themselves to a physical therapist without having to see anyone else first
  • Specialists =A person who concentrates primarily on a particular subject or activity; a person highly skilled in a specific and restricted field. 
  • Medical record number=The systematic documentation of a single patient's medical history.
  • Paperwork=Routine work involving written documents such as forms, records, or letters.
  • Check in =The act of reporting one's presence and registering.
