Swapping shift, Samantha & Jim.
Thursday 4:00 O'clock the swap in Saturday, Jim want's to swap his shift with Samantha.
If she can do it, he wants her permission.

Samantha should call Jim back.Tell Jim will agree to switch shift or not.depend on If she have free time on Thursday. To Make sure any one replace his work.

Yes,I agree to switch my shift, Because everyone some times need help from others for being tired , ill or having something special to do.
If I have free time on Thursday.
Jim needed to me, I should help him, maybe one day I ask him to help me.

  Smart Account. 12 transactions is enough for me. If over 12 transactions, I just need to pay $3.90 per month.

Hi Dear, CIBC bank teller leave a message for me for  checking account options. I prefer to Smart, Because they are better and cheaper We pay $3.90 for 12 transactions each month.

The tone is casual.

Colleagues.
4.What is the feeling of the caller? How do you know?
.He was nervous, and not excited, because stress thinking about potluck bring food from home on the TTC, It's big hassle for him.
